Another useless blog?

Well, here I am world! One month shy of my 33rd birthday and deciding that I have something to put out into cyberspace. Narcissism? Perhaps. Bored? Most Likely. Truthfully, I wrote a lot through High School and College and as I wade through the years of crap I remember a few things that we authentically me. This would be one, and in a format that I never would have dreamed of 15 years ago.

You can expect my blog to be honest... likely insightful. Interesting, I hope. I tend towards the brutally honest with a nod to wit and irony. Do not look to me for grammar....I will spell check, I won't proofread. Nor will I grammar check as I prefer to write how I talk and include you in my monologue. Prepare yourself for lots of commas, semi colons in odd spaces and gigantic run-ons. I prefer to think of commas and the like as decorations for my thoughts.

What is my vision for this blog?

• Adventures in parenting. In my case, a toddler. The difference between "daydream" parenting and the actual thing never ceases to amaze me.
• Food. I love to cook and I love to eat. I am currently working on regaining health in spirit and weight. Some of the "Weight Watchers" recipes I have tried lately deserve blogging!
• Books. I love them. I love reading them, holding them, smelling them, buying them, looking at them. I love books!
• Marriage. Not for the weak! 'nuff said!
• Life. Funny, sad, unexpected. Always beautiful and full of seemingly mundane moments that will create a life story.
• And whatever else cross's my mind and my keyboard.
